Douglas Bay Tramway
In possibly the final summer of operation, we take a ride with 'Keith' (the horse) along the Douglas Bay Horse Tramway on the Isle of Man from Derby Castle to Victoria Pier. Opened in 1876 using the Isle of Man's standard 3 ft gauge, this is now the last surviving horse drawn tramway in the world and must stay open! We are grateful to 'Keith' and the operators for their assistance with this film. https://youtu.be/VcO8PWk_j2I
